Over a Decade of Transforming Homes
Home Pros was founded in 2013 by Mark Trepanier & Michael Koester, two master carpenters with a simple belief: homeowners deserve a remodeling partner they can truly trust — one that shows up on time, communicates clearly, and delivers work that stands the test of time.
What started as a two-person kitchen & bath remodeling company in Stoneham, MA has grown into a full-service design-build firm with a team of 20+ craftspeople, designers, and project managers serving clients across Massachusetts & New Hampshire.
Over 100 completed projects later, our commitment hasn't changed: premium materials, expert craftsmanship, and a client experience that makes the renovation process as enjoyable as the result.

Founder & President
Mark & Michael began Their career as laborers in framing moving on to becoming framers, siders & finally finish carpenters. spending years honing their craft before founding Home Pros in 2013. His hands-on background, which includes working in the industry since they were 16 years old gives them an eye for quality that permeates every project the company takes on.
A HIC Certified Remodeler and licensed general contractor in the state of Massachusetts, Mark & Michael are deeply involved in every project — from the initial design consultation to the final walkthrough.
